San Francisco Yacht Club – Founded in 1869, The San Francisco Yacht Club is the oldest club on the Pacific Coast. Marin Yacht Club – The Marin Yacht Harbor began in 1929 by F. Somers Peterson and wife as a compliment to the new 9-hole country club that was constructed nearby.
